  3. We will determine the scope of work, equipment required, labor required, and the frequency of our visits.
  4. We will provide you with a detailed and written estimate for the maintenance work.
  5. If you decide to accept then our maintenance crew will show up on the scheduled day(s) and complete our services as promised.

This would include our regular lawn care program, landscape bed maintenance as required, and a spring and fall clean up.

Properties Under 1/2 Acre In Size

Larger Properties

$500 - $1500+

This pricing would include regular lawn care, landscape bed maintenance as required, and spring and fall clean up.

Properties From 1/2 to 2 Acres In Size

Commercial Properties

$1000+/Month

This would include regular lawn care, landscape bed maintenance, tree and shrub care, and spring and fall clean up.

We contacted Double A Services LLC as consultation to help us figure out some issues with our yard, give advice on how to care for certain plants, give landscape tips/designs and to look at a tree branch we need removed. Aaron (the owner) was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to do a detailed inspection of our property and genuinely listened to/addressed all of our areas of concern. He even gave me tips to produce a better, healthier garden and cleared a pile of lawn and tree debris that had been accumulating over the past few years.
