Many new homes throughout Powell, Delaware, Galena, Sunbury and Lewis Center have enough backyard space for an outdoor kitchen, but the builder-installed deck or patio was never planned to accommodate one.
Designing the kitchen before the hardscaping is installed allows us to account for the proper footprint, utility routes, appliance clearances, counter space and connections to the dining and seating areas.
Planning these details early prevents the kitchen from being squeezed into leftover space and avoids removing finished pavers later to add gas, electrical or water lines.
