The homeowners wanted to replace a worn-out backyard with a larger, more functional outdoor living space where they could comfortably relax, entertain, and enjoy their property.
The existing backyard was made up of aging pavers and several disconnected concrete sections sitting at different elevations. The layout felt cramped, the surfaces had deteriorated over time, and the space simply wasn't being used to its full potential.
After removing the old patio entirely, we redesigned the space from the ground up to maximize usable square footage while maintaining a balanced, inviting layout. By blending sweeping curves with clean straight lines, we created a patio that feels both spacious and visually distinctive.

Long-term durability was just as important as appearance. The Unilock pavers were factory pre-sealed to help resist staining and fading, while the joints were finished with a premium resin-based sand that drains efficiently, resists washout, and stands up to pressure washing without breaking down. The result is a patio that stays looking better with far less maintenance over the years.
The finished backyard now offers a much larger entertaining area that feels warm, comfortable, and connected to the surrounding landscape. From the custom limestone steps to the carefully selected plantings and premium paver system, every detail was designed to create an outdoor living space the homeowners can enjoy for decades.
